Day Heating Commercial

Day Heating & Cooling is a family-owned and operated business providing reliable HVAC maintenance, repair and installation in the Mid-Willamette Valley. Their 90th anniversary was approaching and they wanted an ad that highlighted their 90 years of exceptional service. Authentic, real human stories are an effective way to share your brand’s values and mission.

The Plan:

At Oregon Marketing Group (OMG!), we love authentic storytelling, and when it came time to produce their milestone commercial, we were extremely excited to work with Day Heating on this project. We spent a day filming at their office in Corvallis, then followed their real workers to capture the service in action.

Once we had all the footage we needed, we put together a full 30-second commercial ad that shares Day Heating’s broad history and the excellence they bring to the Mid-Willamette Valley. We also integrated original archival footage showing Day Heating during its early years. The visuals were paired with a friendly voiceover which emphasized their integrity and pointed out their long-standing relationship with Bryant Heating & Cooling Systems. To conclude, we added a clip of the entire team together in front of the office to show all who are a part of the mission.

We also added captions to enhance accessibility.

True heritage storytelling is able to combine historical authority with modern service skills, which in turn can win the confidence of consumers.
