Arrow Drafting and Design specializes in creating custom plan sets for homeowners and contractors in need of accurate site plans for construction projects. Oregon Marketing Group (OMG!) crafted a full brand idenity and new website.
Project Description:
Founder James Schaffer has over 30 years of experinence in the drafting industry. He wanted to enhance his online presene by updating his brand and creating a website for his services.
We translated the new visual identity directly into a clean, service-focused website.
The main focus was clarity, speed, and ease of use. The site cleanly outlines Arrow Drafting’s core capabilities (custom home design, residential additions, commercial drafting, and permit-ready plan sets), giving prospective clients and contractors an immediate understanding of their services. Built with a mobile-first, responsive framework, it features streamlined navigation, fast load times, and frictionless contact touchpoints that make requesting a design consultation quick and straightforward from any device.
Brand Identity
To build Arrow Drafting’s brand identity, we used the company name and a client-provided sketch as our starting point. We expanded that initial concept into a clean, cohesive visual system.
The standalone brand mark cleverly pairs an upward-pointing arrowhead to form an architectural “A,” seamlessly interlinked with a structural “D.” Building on that direction, we also integrated an arrow directly into the primary wordmark, threading the shaft horizontally through the custom typography to reflect drafting lines and directional precision. Grounded by a focused palette of deep slate blue and warm ochre, the complete logo suite gives Arrow Drafting a sharp, unified presence across digital screens and print materials without unnecessary complexity.
