Albany Downtown Association (ADA) is a non-profit organization in Albany, Oregon, focused on preserving, promoting, and enhancing the vitality of Historic Downtown Albany. ADA drives local foot traffic and community celebrations year-round.
The Challenge:
ADA’s old website no longer reflected their character or energy. It also had navigational hurdles, making it hard to find information and search, especially on mobile.
The Plan:
We designed a fast, intuitive directory platform built around downtown Albany’s community needs, including local business owners, visitors, residents, and regional tourists. These updates let users navigate the website and explore the heart of Albany, Oregon with ease.
