Here’s your homework assignment – go to your favorite search engine and type in your business’ name. Where is it is on the list. Is in the top five? Ten? First page?
Next type in what your business sells or provides – example – gourmet pies or bicycle shop in the Willamette Valley.
Again, where is your place in the list?
Think about how many times during your day you use your phone or computer to Google or search for a service, business or product. Then think about how many times you have looked at the listings beyond the first page.
